Educational Qualifications
(i) Essential

M.Sc in Molecular Biology/Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry or Life Sciences
|
(ii) Desirable
| A Minimum of 2 years of research experience in the field of molecular biology, especially gene polymorphism, cloning and expression of genes and their sequencing, as evidenced by publications in reputed journals.

| Job requirement |
To carry out studies on polymorphism of genes of filarial parasite and its endosymbiont, express and characterize them structurally and functionally.
|
| Age limit
| Below 28 years and for SC/ST and OBC candidates relaxable as per Govt. of India rules in force.
| Salary
| Rs.14,000/-p.m. (Consolidated) + 20% HRA.

| Any other information
| Working knowledge on bioinformatics tools, including Phylogenetic and molecular analysis will be advantageous.

Candidates those who fulfill the above qualification and wish to attend the interview may come in person along with the prescribed application form duly filled in by the Candidate. The candidates should also bring with them both the original and an attested copy of all the Certificates, testimonials in proof of educational qualification, experience and age. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to selection shall be a disqualification and such candidates will not be entertained for interview.
