Initiate, facilitate Elimination of Lymphatic Filariasis

To disseminate scientific and technical information on filariasis and its control,

Assist formulation of policy statement and preparation of strategic plan,

foster effective linkages with partners,

assist in the development and implementation of site specific strategy,

develop tools and designs for monitoring and evaluation of the programme,

Extend training and human resource development and

Ensure the documentaion of the process at all levels.
